Blythe Yule
Mid winter festivities have always formed part of the Scots cultural calendar. This year we're celebrating Christmas by bringing back many of the features which visitors have enjoyed so much over the last few Christmases. We hope you’ll enjoy some good cheer along with Rab Wilson, the young folk from Whalsay primary School and a group of Scottish Music students from the RSAMD. Take the time to listen to the Christmas story in Scots – it’s a real treat if you haven’t heard it before. Readings for Advent and Christmas are on the web site until the end of the season on 6 January. If you’re looking for a heart warming and couthy Christmas the Scots Language Centre is the place to be.
